Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the QBI Tracker service operated by Simplified Strategy Consulting, LLC (the "Service"), and is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference. Material violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of the Service without refund.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to, or attempt to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
  • Upload or process data you do not have the right to upload or process.
  • Upload special-category personal data (e.g., health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, sexual orientation) without a separate written agreement with us.
  • Upload payment card numbers, government-issued identification numbers, or other sensitive identifiers not required for the Service's normal operation.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, workspace, or system, or to any data not belonging to you.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except through a coordinated disclosure program if one has been published.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via denial of service, automated scraping in volumes that materially impact performance, or by overloading any system or network.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly prohibits the restriction.
  • Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties outside your authorized users, except as expressly permitted.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or unlawful marketing communications.
  • Use the Service in connection with high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.

3. User responsibilities

  • Keep credentials secure and do not share them.
  • Manage role and permission assignments within your workspace consistent with the principle of least privilege.
  • Report suspected security incidents to security@simplifiedstrategyconsulting.com promptly.

4. Enforcement

SSC may investigate suspected violations and may take any action it considers appropriate, including warning the Customer, removing offending content, suspending or terminating the account, and cooperating with law enforcement. SSC will use reasonable judgment in proportionality of response, but reserves the right to act immediately when a violation poses a security or legal risk.
