Refund Policy

1. General rule

QBI Tracker subscription fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund the current paid period.

2. Initial 14-day money-back window

New paid subscriptions (excluding Enterprise custom contracts) may be refunded in full if you request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your first paid charge. To request a refund, email billing@simplifiedstrategyconsulting.comfrom the email address on file with the subject line "14-day refund" and the workspace name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

3. Annual plan partial refunds

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window described above, except where required by law. Cancellation prevents renewal at the end of the annual term; access continues through the end of the paid period.

4. Service unavailability

If the Service is materially unavailable for a continuous period of more than seventy-two (72) hours due solely to causes within Simplified Strategy Consulting's control, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation), notify us within sixty (60) days of the charge. Confirmed errors will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Enterprise contracts

Enterprise customers' refund and credit terms are governed by the applicable signed order form or master services agreement. This Refund Policy applies only where the executed contract is silent.

7. How refunds are processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your card issuer.
  • Master-admin issued refunds are recorded in the audit trail and reconciled against the original charge in Stripe.
